Generating investment in a new horizon of luxury adventure vehicles

▉ Brief
Inspire investors with MODA's expertise and vision, while also aligning the brand identity to it's new parent company, Arksen.
▉ Creative Process
Capitalising on the luxury adventure market, I proposed a treatment which balanced visceral, once in a lifetime scenery with elegant sophisticated graphics. This positioned the brand as having high quality standards, and the investment opportunity as desirable with the continuing market trend.
Having access to their asset library and an interview session planned with the founder, my direction blended live action with motion graphics to create a premium catalogue feel. Understanding on how their marketing was being structured, our was to flex this catalogue across three channels:
1) A hero film which emphasised MODA's overall market strength. It covered the brand story and how that positions it perfectly with the industry direction, TAM opportunities and the company's medium to long term vision. 2) Targeted social media cuts which drove leads by focusing on the aspirational vision. 3) BtL cuts which were used in direct mailers and fundraising updates, using expertise based soundbites from the founder.
▉ Result
Aided by the film suite, MODA sucessfully exceeded its funding target and has since seen it's identity seamlessly integrated into the Arksen family, newly named "Overland". The project was thoroughly praised by the CEO, particularly on how supported he felt during the interview and representation of the brand's vision.
Beyond investor messaging, our treatment championed the founder's ethos that this brand is about experiencing a harmony between their offroad vehicles and the diverse environments they expose you to.
Defining their motion graphic style, we reflected how the brand approaches it's vehicles; marrying sophisticated, clean execution with stunning experiences. It let us elegantly highlight key stats or quotes, and hero aspirational scenery.
When raising captial, investors buy into the founder as much as the brand. New to being interviewed, we mixed casual and technical questions to ensure he was confident and charismatic on camera.
Further treatments explored how 3D video projection could develop the sophisticated + experiential aesthetic; blending their offroad vehicles with dynamic terrains.
